At 18 East, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and attach the prepaid return shipping label provided via the portal.

  Drop Off the Shipment

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; please ensure the package is scanned and you receive a drop-off receipt.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
